My composters are made from food grade plastic 60 gallon barrels and 2x6 Pressure Treated lumber. Inside is a vented 3" tube to allow air to circulate through the material. They have cross-rods to aid in stirring the material when you rotate the barrels. They have a drain hole in the bottom to let excess moisture to drain. Place a container under the drain and capture the liquid gold that comes out. Vent holes and drain hole are covered with screen to keep the bees out.
